Pricing questions
What counts as a bank line?
Each line you import from a bank statement, CSV or PDF, in a calendar month, across all your bank accounts. Invoices, bills and reports don't count.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
On a paid plan, nothing stops: your imports keep working, and we'll suggest the plan that fits. On Free, lines beyond 20 a month wait until the next month, or until you choose a plan.
Do I pay for my accountant or bookkeeper?
No. Invite them to your workspace at no extra cost, with the role you choose.
How does the free trial work?
Try any paid plan free for 14 days, no card needed. If you don't choose a plan when it ends, your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and you can upgrade any time.
Can I change plan?
Yes. A bigger plan starts as soon as you pay, and you pay only the difference for the days left in your current period; your renewal date stays the same. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
How much can I ask Adam?
Adam answers up to 30 messages a day on Starter, 75 on Growth and 200 on Scale, shared by your workspace, and 15 a day during the trial. The count starts again at midnight.
What's the difference between the software and professional services?
With the software, you or your team keep the books, with Adam doing the prep. With professional services, a partner firm keeps them for you in Zirano, and you still see everything.
